Responsibility
1. Analyze local salary structures (market benchmarking, market salary surveys, etc) an d develop salary structure models that ensure market competitiveness an d internal equity among employees.
2. Maintain an d adjust the compensation an d benefit strategy, policies an d structure to ensure the growth an d development of the company business.
3. Analyze compensation surveys an d obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals an d budgets.
4. Drive annual performance review an d ensure smooth implementation, such as merit increase, performance bonus an d sales commission etc; Develop variety of templates an d samples of performance management tools.
5. Manage an d handle daily C&B-related affairs; Responsible for answering all C&B related questions.
6. Ensures the employment conditions an d activities comply with the PRC Labor Law, Labor Contract Law an d related employment regulations to avoid legal disclosure.
7. Provide various data analysis an d recommendations to leadership team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor s degree Or above.
2. At least 5 years proven successful experience in C&B an d performance management field, multinational company experience is preferred.
3. Familiar with all kinds of C&B-related policy an d laws.
4. Excellence in Excel skill is a must.
5. Good interpersonal an d communication skills, can communicate effectively with all levels of people.
6. Strong ownership with can do attitude.
