Direct, deliver an d support training an d development initiatives:1.Identify an d analyze training needs for each department. Prepare annual training plan an d training budget, follow up on the implantation of the training plan2.Develop, coordinate and/or deliver supervisory an d management development programs targeted for the leadership team 3.Set up certification progression system an d talent pipeline for technical positions.4. Deliver Or coordinate the delivery of training/development programs to implement Best Practices Or key Sabert initiatives4. Deliver Or coordinate the delivery of training/development programs on general topics as needed (new manager/supervisor/key employee assimilation, interview skills training, etc.)5.Develop, implement an d support career development an d professional development initiatives:6.Develop career paths an d related development activities for the functional areas within the organization; provide support to the organization in the implementation of these initiatives7.Support the identification of training Or development initiatives for individuals in the organization as appropriate to
support their professional development 1.Lead an d support the overall capabilities assessment an d development:2.Coordinate the Talent Review process; track an d follow-up on action plans 3.Facilitate an d coordinate the identification of capabilities needed in order for the organization to achieve its strategic an d business objectives; assess the current state an d implement plans (recruiting, training, development) to close gaps between the current state the desired state in the future 4.Develop, implement an d support general workforce development an d positive work environment initiatives:5.Develop an d implement initiatives an d programs across the organization which will create a positive work environment, support the retention an d development of the workforce an d improve employee engagement6.Coordinate the development an d delivery of employee engagement surveys throughout the entire organization; facilitate the development an d execution of action plans to drive improvement7.Provide support to continuously enhance the on-boarding an d orientation process, on job training, operational excellence programs for employees across all functional areas。8.Implement Best Practices in training an d development:9.Provide advice, guidance an d oversight to subject matter experts regarding training an d development initiatives within the organization; ensure programs follow best practice methodologies10. Develop an d implement the use of course assessments, testing an d other processes to ensure the effectiveness of learning an d development activities 1. Audit the effectiveness of training an d development initiatives; provide advice, support an d guidance on improvements2. Screen an d interview for the office staff open positions in non-manufacturing, non-sales departments an d non manager levels. 3. Undertake additional responsibilities an d assignments as delegated by management.
岗位要求:1、Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources;2、3 yrs experience in human resources with majority of experience in organizational development an d training, recruitment;3、CET 6, Good command of written an d spoken English; 4、Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, presentation, training organizing an d development skills; 5、Must have demonstrated ability to act independently upon information an d make decisions that achieve optimal results; ability to work with management to align learning/development with corporate strategic 6、Initiatives an d be a good team player.7、Proficient in Power Point an d other Microsoft Office applications;
