PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:
1.及时接听、诊断、解答和解决用户遇到的电脑、网络、软件和电话的问题,并提供高质量的解决方案;
Pickup, diagnose, answer an d solve the issues Or questions that the users enCounter on computer, network, software an d telephone in timely manner an d with high quality;
2. 安装、维护公司办公使用的电脑、网络和其他办公设备;遵照公司的制度和流程设置、安装操作系统及相应的软件;
Install an d setup the computer hardware an d software, network an d other office equipment by following company s policy an d process;
3. 用户账号及权限管理
User acCount an d authorization management;
4. 监控、记录与IT基础架构有关设备,包括服务器、存储、网络、PC、电话系统、视频系统等设备的运行状况,维护IT基础架构有关设备的正常运行;
Monitor an d document the operation of the IT infrastructure related equipment, including servers, storage, network, PC, telephone system, video system etc., to ensure the normal operation of the IT infrastructure related equipment;
5. 编写正确使用电脑及软件的用户手册和用户培训;
Prepare the user manual an d conduct user training;
6. IT资产管理 (发放、转移和回收) 和登记, 及IT文档更新和管理。
Responsible for IT asset management (distribution, transfer an d recycling) an d documentation.
工作要求:
1. 精通PC及常用办公软件(Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent in PC an d Office software(Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
2. 较强的学习能力和沟通能力,具有独立解决问题的能力
Strong learning ability an d good communicate skills. Has ability of working an d solving problems independently
3 在网络、PC、服务器、信息安全有良好的专业知识。
