The Finance Manager is acＣountable for the financial operations an d internal control of the Sol-M Suzhou. He / She is responsible to the ongoing development of the supply chain finance as well as to ensure the timely an d accurate delivery for the financial an d acＣounting tasks as per corporate an d local requirement.Responsibilities:-Manage daily financial operations together the month-end closing such as acＣounting bookings, payment an d collections, production cost analysis, intercompany reconciliation, financial reporting package as well as statutory tax claim an d reporting on a timely an d accurate basis-Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets an d resource. Interact with external audit an d corporate finance for successful audit for the company.-Ensure the timely an d accurate deliveries on the cashflow forecast, mid-year forecast an d annual budget.-Manage the standard production costing an d take the effective an d efficient actions to make sure the production cost is under control an d proper booked.-Improve the manufacturing finance policies an d procedures for the daily operations as well as for SAP implementation-Maintain the good relationship with Tax, SAFE, Banks an d other external banks etcQualifications:-Bachelor’s degree Ｏr above, major in acＣounting/finance,CET 4/6 in English Ｏr above-Certified Public AcＣountant / Certified Management AcＣountant Ｏr Equivalents-At least 5 years’ manufacturing finance experience in MNC, solid in product costing-Strong knowledge an d experience in IFRS & China GAAP-Sound hands-on an d problem-solving skills-Good command of English an d Mandarin-Familiar with SAP-AcＣountability, Can-do attitude, Learning Agile, Down-to-earth Capability, Proactive, Leadership skill, Teamwork Spirit-Business acumen an d risk management skills
