objectives of the Role1. Successfully launch the Makeup category in China.2. Develop an d drive brand marketing plan.3. Identify an d track relevant market intelligence, including competitor analysis etc.
Responsibility1. Drive the development an d implementation of Makeup category marketing plans in China, based on consumer an d channel partner insight.2. Work with global Marketing team/agency to develop an d define imported innovation pipeline an d product portfolio as per China consumer/market insight.3. Work with cross functional team (R&D, factory, regulation, legal, logistic, finance etc.) to ensure product launch on-time with a solid business case.4. Determining the allocation of different products Or product lines to different channels. Coordinating development of communication materials such as catalogues, websites, brochures, packaging an d in-store displays.5. Work with local agency/ expert for effective integrated brand building, an d consumer/market insight driven activation to achieve annual marketing objective.6. Work closely with sales team to ensure annual sales target delivery both in volume an d value based on shopper insights7. Monitoring an d analyzing business performance against goals an d competitors; coordinating regular meetings an d preparing regular reports outlining the brands’ performance
Requirements:1. Bachelor degree an d above.2. Fluent in Korean Or English. Chinese is necessary.3. 3 years working experience in Makeup brand.4. Project Management experience, can handle multiple tasks.5. Mature, well-balanced personality, ability to listen to an d accept others point of view6. Mixture of analytical, data-driven decision making an d creativity7. Interest an d passion in beauty an d cosmetics
