招聘人数：若干 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 Primary Responsibilities · Lead/Support AI/RPA/NLP projects to simplify an d improve system use an d system management. · Investigates solutions to customer issues an d develops Ｏr contributes to written materials that communicate solutions and/or options to relevant stakeholders resulting in appropriate decisions. · Liaise with regulatory business including - safety, regulatory, operations an d technical groups to define Ｏr gather business requirements, define new business an d support processes Ｏr improve existing processes.· Liaise with business an d technical groups to provide/review impact assessments of business requirements an d technical change which include the identification of processes an d applications, required changes to these processes an d applications, an d alternatives to mitigate impact.· Participate in development of solution test strategies an d author/execute user acceptance testing during system releases to ensure high quality of Regulatory systems· Participate in an d lead small quality oriented projects intended to ensure high quality data in our regulatory tracking systems· Provide data analysis support ongoing to key stakeholders for regulatory data Qualifications （i.e., preferred education, experience, attributes） · Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, information management, library science, information technology, computer science, business administration Ｏr related discipline required, master’s degree preferred. · Demonstrated customer relationship skills an d capabilities an d collaboration on teams.· Demonstrated ability to perform in a cross-functional environment. · Strong verbal, written communication an d presentation skills.· Ability to interact in a professional manner an d build strong collaborative relationships with internal Pfizer teams.· Ability to interface with international colleagues, understand the big picture in terms of potential implications of changes to systems an d processes to sites and/or affiliates outside of home Ｃountry/region· Strong demonstrated project management an d organizational skills · Strong verbal, written communication an d presentation skills.
