岗位职责：1, 确保产品供应持续，并提供支持2，开发并管理新的供应商，商谈采购条款3, 对供应商的表现评估，并确保工艺4, 准备供应商开发计划，并改善其整体水平5, 协助并界定开发手段以及方法6, 维护并加强职能部门之间的关系7, 善于和工厂进行沟通8, 协助并于区域团队合作确保计划实施9, 评估潜在供应商并管理整个供应商质量过程11, 确保采购计划，合同以及供应商管理可控，10, 开发，创造采购计划，评审采购文件
Position Responsibilities：1, Supports the regional supply function, ensuring continuity of supply through analysis of key metrics2, Develop an d manage new vendor on-boarding process including terms, compliance, set up forms, lead times, an d tracking of all related information3, Executes vendor performance evaluations to ensure technical excellence for product4, Prepares supplier development program to improve overall supplier performance5, Assists in identifying an d developing department tools an d methodologies6, Maintains an d enhances cross-functional team relationships7, Comfortable interfacing directly with the vender8, Coordinates an d collaborate with regional teams while ensuring tactical an d strategic alignment.9, Evaluates potential suppliers an d manages the overall supplier qualification process10, Develops an d create sourcing plans, requests for proposal, an d other sourcing documents.11, Ensure business controls are in place surrounding sourcing, contracts, spending, an d supplier management
