Intro: The engineering team in Genimex serves a purpose which is two-fold: 1） this team provides service to our customers an d merchandising teams by providing expertise in technical subjects such as mechanical design, asthetics, ergonomics, electrical design, an d manufacturing processes. 2） this team designs, engineers, an d develops products for Genimex under our own brandsResponsibilities- Analyze customer’s/internal requirements an d transfer them to technical solutions- Research an d develop new technology according to company new product strategy- Support merchandiser as main interface to the customer in all technical related issues- Work on an d assist with the development an d improvement of existing mechanical products- Work directly with clients on all their mechanical sourcing requirements.- Providing technical feedback to both our engineers an d our customers engineers, quality control departments an d suppliers about test results, product/ component reliability & improvement as well as make professional suggestions for feasible cost down/ product improvement measures.Work Experience Requirements- Min2years experience- Have experienced a successful product development from start to finish- Expertise in mechanical design, tolerancing, fits, etc.- Expertise in material properties- Expertise in various manufacturing process capabilitiesSkill Requirements-Solid knowledge on mechanical design fundamentals- Expert in 3D CAD, Solidworks, Pro-E, NX ? Experienced in CAE, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.- Can perform material cost calculations, product cost estimates- Able to investigation an d feasibility analysis of new product from scratch- Good planning, organizing, analytical an d communication skills- Good team player, result-oriented, open mind;- Proficient in English （especially written）
Education Requirement- BS （master preferred） of mechanical, manufacturing, Ｏr materials engineering
