Support an d advice on international investment an d M&A deals.
Retaining / managing / liaising with outside counsel as required.
This position will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, an d negotiating a variety of overseas M&A transactions
Qualified PRC lawyer Ｏr JD/LLM, familiar with international M&A agreements.
Over 5 years post qualification experience focusing on international M&A transaction
Experience at recognized international law firms.
Excellent command of spoken an d written English & Chinese.
Open-minded, proactive, strong legal analytical skills, responsible, team-playing, good communication skills an d good business sense.
