Responsibility1. Responsible for sales development in own territory with target.2. Set up proper business development strategy for prospects. 3. Identify an d create business opportunities, an d lead further process. 4. Promote company to customers an d build/maintain customer relationship. 5. Mornitor an d ensure to Update CRM in time with efficient follow-up. 6. Coordination with other teams to make business success. 7. Lead new business development in cooperation with global BD team an d other related functions.8. To prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising Or other means of generating interest from potential clients an d turn it into increased business.9. To plan persuasive approaches that will convince potential clients to do business with Bufab. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, an d leveraging business network. 10. Using knowledge of the market an d competitors, identify an d develop the company’s unique selling propositions an d differentiators.11. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, an d objectives. 12. Ensure that data is accurately entered an d managed within the company’s CRM. Track an d record activity on acCounts an d help to close deals.13. Frequent travelling in China region.14. Follow up instruction from manager.Education & Qualifications1. Bachlor degree Or above, major in business prefered.2. Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in B2B company. 3. Knowledgable of the small parts an d industrial standard (DIN, ISO, GB, ANSI, FE…) is an advantage. 4. Must have experience of business development towards international companies. 5. Good command of English in both writing an d oral. Must be able to read an d understand instructions in English.6. Good computer literacy in English office environment.Skill & Personality1.
