- Provides operational leadership for excellence in training to all store teams in Greater China (and business partner where this applies), including primarily product, service an d selling skills trainings.
- Helps design specific training solutions an d develop different training courses for all level staff that support company commercial priorities, with approval an d support from Training Head.
- Acts as the lead trainer, nurturing an d coaching a strong field trainer talent pool in the field that in turn both supports sales goals an d elevates brand identity as it is executed at stores.
- Collaborate with Greater China team of trainers to transmit brand values, best practices in selling skills, customer service, an d maintains high standards of product knowledge.
- Lead Mystery Shopping an d surveys, an d seeks continual improvement an d positive business impact, as well as brand integrity/elevation.
- Providing ongoing coaching to store management teams designed to support the improvement of competencies, attitudes an d behaviors of all team members
职位要求:
- Bachelor Degree preferred, Associate acceptable
- Stronger understanding of branding an d the customer experience
- Minimum 6-8 years’ relevant experience, namely in retail training
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel 40-50% of the time, an d flexibility to be able to partake in frequent conference calls Or email with HQ
- Experience of a multi-channel business model
