The purpose of this position is toguarantee that all actions in the Plant comply with the requirements of the Client’ Operational System （BOS）, an d to do so considering customer, Quality, Division, Business Group an d Corporate guidelines. It includes the maintenance an d improvement of the BOS that describes all the activities of the organisation an d follows TS 16949 already an d in the future TS14001.Role an d ResponsibilitieslRepresent customer requirements internally.lMonitor progress on plant quality objectives.lManage the Plant Quality System in accordance with the ALT BOS.lManage the document control an d ensure that all departments comply with.lSupport the Plant s compliance with all Safety / regulation standards.lSupport quality result reporting an d maintain Quality records/documentation.lCollaborate with the Purchasing organization in all activities an d initiatives concerning Supplier Quality Assurance.lInterrupt the manufacturing Ｏr the delivery of products when Quality is not assured an d find solutions in shortest timing.lMaintain the BOS system in accordance with TS requirement.lSupervise that the work procedures an d instructions are followed.lTake care that the Q system is known, organise training an d ensure their efficiency.lIdentify control systems at the workstations based on FMEA, SPC, MSA an d Control Plan （APQP & PPAP）.lMake proposals in order to improve quality.lPerform daily internal audits in all areas, all functions, all levels, all processes an d procedures, to ensure that the real life complies with the procedures, an d to identify necessary improvements Ｏr modifications.lExecute supplier audits.lSupport the management in the supervision an d implementation of environmental policies.lSupport the certification of ALT China through TS 16949 an d ISO 14001 norms.RequirementslBachelordegree.lAt least 5 years workingexperience in a quality role.lSound knowledge of ISO 14001 an d TS 16949.lFamiliar withthe automotive industry.lAble to negotiate an d impose the Client’ choice/solution to their clients an d suppliers.lHighly motivated an d committed.lAble to work under pressure.lProficiency in English.
