Execute newness launch in store: monthly alignment with Merchandising an d Sr. Alloc. on sku list, arrival status an d priorities 2. Reviews store performance an d inventory position an d leads once Ｏr twice weekly replenishment activities to ensure timely an d sufficient inventory support to maximize sales an d productivity. 3. Develops an d executes inventory build-ups for holidays an d promotional activities. 4. Aging stock management, clear aging stock efficiently from DC an d maintain OL chanel inventory of sufficient supply. 5. Conduct weekly replenishment summary report for notifying stores for goods to be received every week an d checking SOH vs Sales every Monday. 6. Communicate with logistics team for on-time delivery tracking inbound an d outbound. REQUIREMENTS （必备条件）：1. Bachelor degree;2. 3 years Ｏr above working experience on merchandising planning/allocation function;3. Solid Retail operation experience is preferred;4. Good at data analysis;5. Good in English in reading an d writing;6. Good computer skills （Excel, Word & PowerPoint）, other computer skill is plus;7. Good communication an d collaborative spirit.
