Maintain the strong relationship with dealers （new an d old） an d ensure the effective development of brands in SEA market. 2. Proven track record of develop new dealership network. 3. Provide after sales service an d customer service, support dealer with service / order related matters with Shanghai office an d HQ. Main Responsibilities 1. Make the business development of franchisees, management proposal of stores an d projects to reach the sales target. 2. Analyse markets, products an d brand suitability, sales an d make improvement proposal to the dealers an d clients. 3. Evaluate the team of franchisees an d take action to increase the number of franchisees. 4. Monitor the store image of the franchisees. 5. Sales orders management an d after sales service & claim coordination. Background requirement: 1. Bachelor degree an d above, majored in sales & marketing, business development related, with reasonable knowledge of international trade. 2. Above five years working experience in Managing retail business an d business management background particularly in South East Asia preferred. 3. Be familiar with the sales mode of brand Ｏr perdurable consumables. 4. Mature, Flexible, with regional vision, able to work independently with traveling at least 40% of the time, pay attention to build up persons with ability. 5. English is mandatory, additional SEA language will be a plus. 6. Integrity an d loyalty, proactive, open minded an d flexible.
