ResponsibilityIT SupportRecord Details of issues raised in the helpdesk call logging application, Update users on progress an d ensure user satisfaction on issue closure.Resolve issues by accurately following technical procedures an d using standard problem solving methods to expose an d fix root cause.Install, maintain an d diagnose problems with PC software, hardware an d related peripherals within the Pentair environmentFollow Change control practices following corporate standard process.Identify problems an d initiate problem management processes for root cause resolutions.Ensure security patching, McAfee, SCCM client is administered to achieve compliance.Monitor systems an d produce event reports an d alerts.Appropriately communicate an d escalate issues to appropriate specialists an d stakeholders.Write technical instructions for new support processes an d Update existing documentsUndertake administrative tasks including, but not limited to, user authentication systems, hardware inventory, security patching, IT procurement.Participate in an d sometimes coordinate IT projects.Perform duties in accordance with the requirements of business agreed Service LevelsOther works assigned by supervisor.IT Admin work1.IT hardware assets/software inventory management;2.IT Procurement management;EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: College Or above, major in computer science Or equivalent, MCSE certification preferred Excellent English with both written an d verbal (CET-4 Or above is preferred)At least 1 year related working experience in Multi National Corporation IT environment. Exposure to ITIL and/or operational excellence methodologies
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:Knowledge in Microsoft system ( AD, Instant Messaging, Windows 7/10, windows server 2012, Office 365, SCCM etc.).knowledge in TCP/IP LAN/WAN, Internet;knowledge in helpdesk system, telephone systems, antivirus tool; 4. Excellent customer service skills an d communication an d Listening skills 5. Excellent team-player.6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize an d work under pressure 7. Flexibility to work varying hours – sometimes non-core business hours. 8. A strong drive for continual self-improvement.
