The Merchandiser is primarily responsible for developing / implementing sourcing strategy for the assigned product categories in Shanghai office. Merchandiser is also responsible for driving vendor sourcing / evaluation, vendor / product development activities an d provide necessary support to ensure on time program execution an d quality products that meet Ｏr exceed our buyer s needs. ·Qualifications : · Bachelor s Degree in business Ｏr other profession in related fields · 1~3 years of experience in home textiles field & UK retail market experience is MUST · Experience in global Business, Sourcing an d Merchandising · Experience in supplier development · Proven strategic planner · Excellent at relationship management · Strong negotiation skills · Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously · Strong oral an d written communication skills with fluency in English an d predominate local language
