Compensation & Benefits ? Processing payroll calculation based on raw data. Ensure all the adjustments are well recorded with supporting documents for policy compliance an d internal/ external audit. ? Cross check with HR vendor on the accuracy of payroll, social security, housing fund, tax, etc. ? Work with local Finance team on payroll cost analysis an d summary report for payment checking an d approval process an d answer question if any. ? Go to bank for foreigner’s payroll payment. Coordinate between local Finance an d HR vendor to ensure the payroll are paid to employees timely. ? Calculate accrual 13th salary an d performance bonus each month to local Finance an d explain for any big gap Or abnormal trend. ? Coordinate between HR vendor an d local Finance team on online IIT declaration for Shanghai employees. ? Deliver Guanaitong benefits credit to employees each month. ? Responsible for online declaration for foreigners an d Shenzhen employees. ? Calculate employee’s annual social security base an d housing fund base. ? Analyze year end performance review an d rating calibration for Shanghai an d Vietnam office. ? Prepare annual salary review an d bonus recommendation template, consolidate an d analyze the overall rate, special cases, etc. ? Optimize bonus calculation with payroll. ? Analyze actual bonus payout result.Budget & Forecast ? Collect an d analyze past years social insurance an d housing fund trend to make a best estimation on the increase percentage with supporting evidence. ? Well know the Updated headCount status like recruitment process, vacancies, etc. ? Understand Group performance bonus scheme an d calculation methodology. ? based on Group Finance guideline, prepare cost an d headCount budget an d forecast by phasing by individual level for Shanghai office. ? based on local Finance guideline, prepare cost budget an d forecast by phasing, breakdown to each team. ? Provide HC an d FTE budget an d forecast by phasing by induvial level. ? Budget an d forecast company level cost, like life insurance, disability fund, service fee, other benefits, etc. ? Refresh forecast an d explain variance on a regular basis.Reporting ? Timely release monthly FTE report an d Contractor report to each local HR (Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Vietnam, Warsaw an d Turkey) to Update, play as a key contact person among all sourcing offices.? Consolidate monthly FTE report an d Contractor report an d submit to Group Finance. ? Summarize monthly HC & FTE an d submit to each local Finance to upload to HFM. ? Download Sick Leave report from eleave system an d submit in TEAMs to Group HR. ? Update monthly key highlights an d ER cases in MBR an d submit in TEAMs to Group HR. ? Provide monthly, quarterly an d yearly headCount an d cost summary reports to governments like HR&SS Bureau, Tax Bureau, Statistics Bureau, etc. Cost detail to payroll, bonus, social security breakdown, housing fund breakdown, etc. ? Provide data for annual C&B survey, detail to payroll, company benefits, etc. ? Download monthly SAP report from TEAMs, audit an d feedback to Group HR if any incorrection Or missing. ? Timely provide Updated headCount status to local management team with budget/forecast HC, actual HC, an d vacancies, etc. ? Any other ad-hoc report Or analysis upon request.Staffing ? Play the 1st line to answer employees requires in ASKHR for all HR related questions. ? Issue Dispatch Letter, Guarantee Letter an d Income Certificate to employees for their overseas business trip; Issue Employment Certificate for employees’ personal use like loan, visa, etc. ? Support on Shanghai Residency Certificate an d Shanghai Hukou for non-SH Hukou employees. ? Take care of employees’ lifecycle from onboarding to exit. ? Employment contract management an d renewal process. ? Map an d analyze annual Engagement Survey.Date Maintenance ? Ensure local master data file is up to date for Shanghai, Shenzhen an d Vietnam office. ? Monthly Update Organisation Chart. ? Timely Update in HR Plus system for any movements. ? Timely fill in Global Forms an d information Group HR for any movements.Others ? Support Regional HR Lead an d HR Manager on local HR projects. ? Support on office activities an d events.
