任职资格:1.国家承认本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、商务英语、企业管理、工商管理等相关专业;2.具备5年以上人力资源相关经验,其中2年及以上项目经验;3.较强的抗压、跨部门沟通及应变能力,可海外出差单独项目开展,有制造业或咨询公司人力资源相关工作经验者优先;4.英语8级及以上,中英文表达、书写流利;6.熟练操作Office、Excel、PPT等办公软件;工作内容:1.项目性工作规划与推动;2.海外厂人资体系的建置;3.公司管理制度的规范与执行;4.公司战略分解及人资工作的统筹管理。Qualification:1.Bachelor degree Or above in human resources management, business English\enterprise management, business administration an d other related majors;2.5 years of experience in human resources related experience, , including 2 years experience of handling project;3.Experience in manufacturing Or Consultancy Company HR related is preferred,Stress endurance,a fast learner, good cross-function communication skills,Willing to travel overseas;4.English level 8 an d above,Proficient skills of spoken an d written English;6. Proficiency in office software such as Office, Excel, PPT.Job content:1. Project-based problem solving an d take initiatives planning an d promotion2. Establishment of human resource management system in global sites;3. Specification an d implementation of company management system/policy;4. A strategic partner to implement special assignment given by headquarters to better overseas HR performance.
