招聘人数：3-5人 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 任职资格：1.国家承认本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、商务英语、企业管理、工商管理等相关专业;2.具备5年以上人力资源相关经验，其中2年及以上项目经验；3.较强的抗压、跨部门沟通及应变能力，可海外出差单独项目开展，有制造业或咨询公司人力资源相关工作经验者优先；4.英语8级及以上，中英文表达、书写流利；6.熟练操作Office、Excel、PPT等办公软件；工作内容：1.项目性工作规划与推动；2.海外厂人资体系的建置；3.公司管理制度的规范与执行；4.公司战略分解及人资工作的统筹管理。Qualification：1.Bachelor degree Ｏr above in human resources management, business English\enterprise management, business administration an d other related majors;2.5 years of experience in human resources related experience, , including 2 years experience of handling project;3.Experience in manufacturing Ｏr Consultancy Company HR related is preferred,Stress endurance,a fast learner, good cross-function communication skills,Willing to travel overseas;4.English level 8 an d above,Proficient skills of spoken an d written English;6. Proficiency in office software such as Office, Excel, PPT.Job content：1. Project-based problem solving an d take initiatives planning an d promotion2. Establishment of human resource management system in global sites;3. Specification an d implementation of company management system/policy;4. A strategic partner to implement special assignment given by headquarters to better overseas HR performance.
