我司寻求一名工作积极性高的业务拓展经理，负责与各地方政府官员、高新技术园区代表等会面、沟通、谈判，以组织人员参观、促成高新技术公司落地、为我们的国际客户争取最好的条件。思维成熟、责任感强的应聘者将得以优先考虑。
岗位职责：1） 需陪同老板参与会议进行简单翻译2） 需能独立作业3） 开具发票、各项汇款、报销及发放各种费用和补贴4） 协助老板处理行政类事务，如准备文件、文件扫描和复印存档、翻译文件，整理资料、邮件存档等5） 需能处理英文邮件6） 即时协助安排老板会议及出差行程
任职要求：1） 英文能力熟练（具国外生活经验者优先考虑）2） 商学院专业优先考虑3） 可接受独立作业4） 具备良好独立解决问题的能力5） 上班时间弹性（因老板经常会在国外出差,偶尔会需要在晚间与老板电话沟通）6） 试用期三个月（试用期后将会依表现进行第一次加薪评估, 每年多次加薪）
OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Managerto meet, communicate, negotiate, … with local government officials, high-tech parks representatives, etc. in order to organize visits, land high-tech companies an d get the best conditions for our international clients. Only mature candidates able to accept responsibility will be considered.
Main Responsibilities to include:·Meet, communicate, negotiate, … with local government officials, high-tech parks representatives, etc. in order to organize visits, land high-tech companies an d get the best conditions;·Travel around Jiangsu & Zhejiangup to 25% of the time;·Help foreign managers with translationand serve as an Executive Assistant when necessary;·Help coordinate event planningand conference participation along with project teams;·Prepare market researchon specific industry an d cases （by web search, phone call, etc.）·Prepare reports, proposals, an d other documents as required;·Other tasksassigned by the Management.
Requirements:·At least 2 years’ Business Development experience;·Easy-going, people-person an d born negotiator;·Computer skills an d knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint an d CRM systems;·Able to plan projects, solve problems, an d meet deadlines;·Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, an d oral/writing communication skills;·Excellent English – both written an d spoken – an d able to effectively translate;·Chinese citizen.
Key Qualities:·Able to think creatively an d independently, taking initiative an d following up;·Able to evaluate technologies, markets, etc. to determine if they are worthwhile investments an d to help craft compelling business plans an d grant applications;·Demonstrates initiative, creativity, independence, an d adaptability;·Have high awareness of CRM systems an d other software to support the activity;·Assumes responsibility an d contributes to team projects;·Highly organised with attention to detail;·Able to work individually an d as a team member with minimum supervision;·Being proactive, motivated, punctual, able to follow instruction an d take initiative when necessary;·Interested in working with foreigners;·Sense of purpose along with a sense of humour.
Reporting, Hours, an d Salary:·The Business Development Manager reports to an d coordinates activities with the Director;·Hours: Monday thru Friday, flex hours with occasional late hours an d weekends.
