objective, mission1. Handle Customer claim quality issues2. On-site verification Or other issues in customer site3. Technical Support for Datacenter customers4. Failure analysis arrangement with HQ team5. RMA arrangement for customers Main responsibilities1. Establish an d maintain the regular an d close communication relationship with customers an d colleagues2. Customer Satisfaction Oriented, build solid service baseline to customers3. FA TAT an d RMA control line management Daily works- FA arrangement/issue handling/RMA related/Reporting to customer an d internal etc.- Work closely with local(SH) an d Korea CS team- Regualar work review at weekly base Language skills- Fluent english literacy (for a smooth communication with customer & HQ) Min. skills & knowledge:- Have abundant experience in SSD industry Or in Data Center biz - Possess good analysis an d sensing market skill- Solid technical background an d electronics basic, advanced theory Other Preference- Excellent communication skill with customer an d HQ in both English an d Chinese- Need to understand semiconductor (Memory) an d server system- Capability of long-period working (more than 3 years, regardless of marriage)
