Job Requirements1. College degree Or above in mechanical engineering;2. More than 5 years of supplier management experience, worked on quality development, auditing an d performance evaluation of suppliers in mechanical parts processing an d outsourcing;3. ISO9001 internal auditor;4. Familiar with machining process of machine parts, including cutting, welding, machining, painting, etc., good knowledge in production process;5. Familiar with 2D an d 3D drawings;6. Good quality planning, supplier quality tracking knowledge an d execution ability; able to travel to supplier site frequently;7. Skilled in office software such as Microsoft Office, knowledge in SAP, ERP an d other industry software;8. Familiar with relevant quality tools an d methods, such as CP, SPC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA; 9. Basic oral an d written English skills.
Job Responsibilities1. Responsible for managing of suppliers, including supplier development, qualification review, performance evaluation, an d continuous improvement;2. Maintain a database of qualified suppliers;3. Gather project quality requirements an d schedules from project, design, quality, procurement teams & suppliers, in order to develop quality plans, management plans an d checklists, an d track the quality of suppliers process an d product;4. Monitor supplier quality system, process control, an d delivery quality. Help suppliers on their internal management, an d enforce continuous improvement of suppliers in order to meet quality an d delivery targets;5. Track supplier s production progress; analyze an d track quality issues, guide the suppliers in solving problems in production, provide corresponding technical support, help suppliers to develop correct production processes in order to meet quality an d delivery targets; 6. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
岗位要求1. 机械专业大学专科及以上学历;2. 5年以上机械零件加工和整包外包的供应商质量开发、审核和绩效评价等供应商管理工作经验;3. ISO9001内部审核员;4. 熟悉机加件的加工流程,包括下料、焊接、机加工、油漆等,了解生产工艺;5. 熟悉2D图纸和3D数据 ;6. 良好的质量计划、供应商质量跟踪知识及执行能力;能够经常去供应商现场;7. 熟练使用Office等办公软件,了解SAP、ERP等行业软件 ;8. 熟悉相关的质量工具和方法,如CP、SPC、APQP、PPAP、FMEA; 9. 能用英语进行简单交流,有一定的英语读写能力。
岗位职责1. 负责协调对供应商的管理工作,包括供应商开发、资质评审、绩效评估、持续改进;2. 维护合格供应商清单;3. 从项目、设计、质量、采购团队和供应商等处收集项目质量要求和时间计划,制定质量计划、控制计划和检查清单并跟踪供应商过程质量和产品质量; 4. 监控供应商质量体系、过程控制和交付质量,帮助供应商完善内部管理,推动供应商持续改进,以满足质量与交期;5. 跟踪供应商的生产进度;分析和跟踪质量问题,指导和推动供应商解决生产中的问题,提供相应的技术支持,帮助供应商制定正确的生产工艺,以满足质量与交期; 6. 完成上级主管交办的其他工作任务。
