Role purposeManage & grow business within the region in line with sales objectives, policy, guidelines & allocated budgets· To monitor & conduct monthly business planning meetings with designated distributors focusing on sales performances, coverage, call planning, distribution, merchandising an d service levels, to continuously improve distributors in field execution.To regularly review the distributors’ infrastructure with the objective to upgrade as necessary to effectively handle the increasing competitive an d challenging market environment an d to train, develop, an d motivate our sales team of Sales Executive/ Supervisor an d Area Sales Manager, etc.Role acCountabilities· Ensure Company’s promotional activities are cascaded down an d implemented effectively by all field sales personnel.· Set sales an d distribution targets, in consultation with the NSD an d Trade Marketing.· Ensure the adherence to the agreed journey plans for field sales personnel.· Ensure effective implementation of Merchandising guidelines an d standards· Conduct Distribution audit during market visits an d discuss follow-up actions with Distributors concerned.· Evaluate continuously distributors’ overall performances an d formulate alternatives/solution if certain distributors are performing below par.· Manage the sales an d marketing budgets an d ensure the promotional budgets are effectively an d prudently spent.· Hold monthly discussions with Regional Sales Mgr. / Area Sales Manager, Area Sales Executive, Sales Supervisor/ Sales Executives together with Distributors’ field sales personnel to resolve trade an d other operational issues.· Evaluate competitive activities, report an d recommend Counter actions.· Ensure bottom-up sales forecast by SKU by distributor is submitted 2 months ahead.Qualification an d experience? University graduate Or above? Demonstrated track record of success? 8 years people leadership experience? 8-10 years front-line sales experience? P&L understanding an d management skill? Professional customer selling / management skills? Larger team responsibility preferred? KA & Distributor management experience preferred? Negotiation/problem solving skills? Strong analytical/time management skills? Good computer skill (Excel, Word, Power point an d database management)? Healthy & Wellness category experiences is preferred.
