D区聘人员来源目标城市:长沙,南昌,武汉,东莞,深圳,广州,肇庆,新兴,D区对应销售区域为:湖北,湖南,江西,福建,广东,广西待遇:面议 岗位职责他/她将直接汇报给全国销售总监执行公司业务发展战略,完成公司所制定的区域销售目标配合市场部门组织实施本区域市场开发计划及具体的实施方案,促进公司的品牌提升;追踪区域客户动态,挖掘潜在客户;对客户实施定期拜访,及时处理客户异议和投诉,以提高客户满意度,建立长期、良好、稳固的客户关系;协助销售支持经理(销售助理)完成订单的处理通过与售后服务、技术等相关部门沟通,协调所辖区域的发货、产品安装、技术支持、售后维修等工作,共同实现售后服务目标;收集本区域的市场信息及竞争对手的销售策略等信息。对市场信息进行分析、预测并制定对策,及时向相关部门提供建议;按要求提供销售数据报告等进行综合分析;保证销售信息的及时性、准确性和完整性,为销售、采购、生产等决策的制定提供支持;完成上级经理要求的相关报告提供跨区域的业务支持职位要求大专以上毕业3年以上畜牧行业销售经验;较强的自我驱动能力,能够独当一面,能够担负起潜在客户及市场的开拓与维护;对市场营销有深刻认知,有良好的沟通与谈判能力,熟悉客户采购及招投标流程。较强的沟通、组织、协调、管理能力。适应经常出差(出差时间不少于60%)有畜牧机械产品在猪场的销售经验及市场资源者优先考虑;基本的英文沟通能力(英文邮件和英文资料的阅读)Position: Sales engineerTerritory: (Zhengzhou, Nanjing,Changzhou,Suzhou,Hangzhou,Bengfu,XuzhouChangsha,wuhan,Nanchang,Dongguan,Shenzhen,Guangzhou,zhaoqing,xinxing)Job DescriptionHe/she will report to Aghort regional sales manager directlyImplement company’s business development strategy ,Reach sales budget in the territory With support from Marketing Dept, implement company’s marketing promotion plan, improve branding promotion. Have certain level of compentence of organizing ability ,coordinate bility an d management capacityBusiness travelling ( high frequency up to 60%) requested in this role.Mechanical system selling experience in Pig industrial will be a plus.Basic English skill ( email an d Document reading).
