Synopsis:概述:The Progress Advisor is responsible for the implementation of Course Management Procedure, communication among teachers, parents an d students, an d driving customer retention, referral an d recommendation。助教负责课程管理流程的执行工作,你需要在老师、家长和学员之间架起沟通的桥梁,并有效推动客户续费以及推荐。The role:角色:The Progress Advisor is a key role among students, parents, an d teachers; you work as a coordinator, a supporter. You always accompany the students, orientate theirs growth step by step.助教在学员,家长以及老师中间是一个核心角色,你既需要充当协调者,又需要做好支持者。小学员们在英孚学习的每一天,你会一直伴随左右,并指引他们不断地成长。You will:你的职责:Manage courses schedule an d progress according to Course Management Procedure (CMP)根据CMP管理学员的课程表以及课程进度Communicate among course teachers, parents an d kids to track the teaching quality an d study results, keep solid relationship with all customers与老师,家长以及学员保持密切的沟通,追踪教学质量,保障教学结果,与所有的家长保持良好的关系。Complaint handling an d proper group management处理来自家长的意见及投诉Maintain information in EF s Customer Relationship Management System负责维护英孚客户管理体系系统Achieve the targets of retention, Customer Satisfaction, referral达成续费,推荐以及客户满意度的指标Assist to organize activities within an d outside of schools, especially Life Clubs协助各种校内外的活动,尤其是生活俱乐部Assure students attendance mark, maintain Course Lesson Folder (CLF)负责学员签到以及课堂记录表的管理You have/are:你的资格:Love children an d care about their growth爱孩子,并关注他们的成长Bachelor degree Or above, Education Or English majors preferred本科及以上学历,师范类或英语类专业优先English CET4 Or above大学四级及以上Fluent oral English an d accurate written English skills英语读写流利Strong sense of responsibility有强烈的责任感Open minded, willing to communicate with all people有开放的心态,乐于与他人沟通Be very flexible an d can handle emergencies有灵活应变的能力Quick learner有快速的学习领悟能力Good team worker乐于团队协作Having experience in Service Or Educational industries is a plus有服务或教育相关经验者优先Microsoft Office software application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)熟练使用微软办公软件Be able to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)能够接受周末上班,周中休息的工作(周一到周五中休息两天)
