? 开拓当地市场和客户，协助团队发现项目机遇及赢得新的项目；
? 积极参与客户管理，例如，处理日常客户交流、演示项目成果、加强与客户联系等； ? 独立管理和计划项目的执行，包括工作方法、项目路径、团队资源分配、项目品质、时间和进度计划等。预测可能的障碍和挑战，并提出解决方案；
? 管理项目团队，解决日常问题，包括引导团队、解决发现的问题、设定优先任务、标示风险等。
? 领导 / 执行 / 支持销售与市场开发工作。积极参与市场开拓，领导对客户的意向需求跟进，完成项目销售。领导建议书的准备，展示和沟通项目建议，管理客户关系；
? 引导，激励和监督年轻团队出色完成项目任务。通过项目工作培训和教练辅导增强团队能力；
? 积极协助业务发展、业务营销及其他办公室管理事务，如招聘、培训等。
Qualification:
? 拥有在西安或陕西较强的客户销售渠道
? 具有较强的客户销售经验
? 出色的项目/团队管理经验，和良好的领导力潜力
? 擅长分析，拥有敏锐的商业洞察力，商业常识和财务知识
? 具备自我激励的能力，愿意积极解决工作中的各类问题以及适应压力
? 拥有良好职业素养，能够积极和团队合作
? 拥有在西安或陕西税务机关或其他政府部分至少5年任职经验者优先；
