Responsibilities:
Create an d maintain required documentation in system （e.g. maintenance plans）
Together with maintenance team, process the daily maintenance work, an d repair broken production equipment an d record the working content;
Evaluate equipment situation, analyze machine breakdown root cause an d prepare recommendations for improvement an d coordinate replacements
Spare part management
Instruct the daily work of maintenance technician according personal skill;
Cooperate with Production, Production Engineering Manager, Process & Localization Engineering an d foreign project engineer to process the work in equipment an d management system
On behalf of maintenance dept. to organize the related training an d work on knowledge duplication, team assignment
Support during plant layout, installations & construction
Support for machine specifications
Requirements:
College degree Ｏr above profession in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Ｏr equivalent, with at least 10 year’s relevant experience;
With abundant maintenance experience, excellent understanding of machine for mass production;
Good knowledge in mechanics, mechanical processes, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, 5S, CIP, standardization. Have ability to maintenance work according to the drawings, sketches an d instructions;
Familiar with production support an d onsite management
Familiar with Quality Management systems, audit support & local standards （ISO9001/14001/OSHAS/EHS/ESD, GB）
Solid in hand, high sense of responsibility an d self-motivated, good analysis capability, teamwork & leadership spirit, good interpersonal skills & communication throughout departments, lead with good example
Fluent in English （both written & oral. Communication with epG on call an d email）
Strong team management experience
Skilled in MS office. SAP experience is prefer.
