General Tasks §Plan an d schedule monthly an d weekly work §Collect market, client s an d competitors information §Keep contacts an d communications with clients §Adjust sales strategy with line manager consider the status of client an d project §Edit, integrate documents an d lead o communicate with clients §Edit an d integrate technical proposal for competition an d bidding §Lead commercial communication an d negotiation §Coordinate internal communications §Organize meetings related to project sales §Transfer clients s requirements an d assign jobs to related project sales team members （CE, PC, PE, CD, EC, etc.） §Identify risks of project sales with internal supports §Accomplish sales related documents an d archives §Follow IMS procedures §Improve efficiencies of project sales an d communications, advise to line manager to optimize working procedures §Perform the tasks assigned by line manager temporarily
§Minimum Bachelor degree of ranked university Ｏr college §Discipline: Engineering related （Cryogenic, Chemical, Rotating Mechanics, Materials, etc.）§Minimum sales related experience of 5 years in industrial gases application related field §Minimum 2 years of engineering, project execution Ｏr plant operation experience in industrial gases, chemicals §Working experience in international entity is preferred -Good technical background of cryogenics, engineering an d industrial gases application -Skills of business communication an d internal coordination -Skills of inter-personal communication -Skills of common software applications an d presentation -Capabilities of market analysis an d information collection -Capability of competing management -Capability of initiating sales strategy -Capability of customer management an d analysis -Capabilities of target management an d time management -Understands of contract an d commercial terms -Task oriented an d self-motivated -Project execution experience is preferred -Recognize Linde s senses an d compliances is a must -Fluent English speaking, reading an d writing is a must -Fluent German speaking is a plus -Humble, confident, diligent an d conscientious
