到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 Duties:The primary purpose of the role is to deliver Architecture an d Designs to meet the business requirements of Global Utilities.The Lead Infrastructure Architect will critically review an d approve all designs for Global Utilities, ensuring designs meet the Global Utilities strategy an d the overall enterprise infrastructure strategy.The team also contributes to the management & optimisation of the portfolio of infrastructure for each business unit, driving operational improvement & cost efficiencies.This role will support the Global Utilities business projects an d transformation programmes ? delivering new IT services, exploiting current infrastructure technologies? migrating applications to IaaS / PaaS platforms on internal an d external cloud.? driving a greater utilization of virtualisation & lower cost storage? migrating away from non-strategic technology platforms? optimising data backup an d retention policies? reducing the number of end user devices. Infrastructure Architecture’s broader focus is to:? Investigate new infrastructure technologies to meet the Global Utilities business requirements.? Provide technical governance over the Products used in HSBC through the Technical Reference Model （TRM）? Provide service governance of both existing an d new technical non-functional service definitions maintained within an Infrastructure Service Catalogue ? Write an d review Infrastructure Architecture Designs, approved by the Solutions Architecture Board （SAB）? Manage relationships across HSBC IT Architecture, IT Infrastructure Delivery an d Global Utilities Application Development team areas on an on-going basis? Keep up to date with business strategies & road maps; technology roadmaps an d feeding wider business IT requirements into central infrastructure engineering an d strategy teams? Use knowledge of the business, applications an d infrastructure to make pro-active recommendations where improvements can be madeThe role focuses on both Architecture:? Determine business requirement an d influence solution towards Infrastructure future state model? Gauge strategic impact to business function, impacted upstream an d downstream services an d subsequent technology footprint? Ensure logical design contributes to technology objectives? Examine potential demise opportunities an d propose deployment options? Consider service placement requirementsAnd Design:? Delivering end to end technical infrastructure designs, ensuring Non-Functional Requirements are realised an d validated? Verify impact to adjacent services/systems an d Validate deployment an d support model? Qualify technical acceptance of all components? Review design an d gain approval via Solutions Architecture Board? Optimise commercials an d approvalKnowledge & Experience / QualificationsHave a system engineering background an d the ability to compare an d contrast different solutions to meet a business requirement. Provide technical thought leadership in evaluation of new technologies to meet business requirements an d influence key stakeholders leading to adoption. Have in-depth conceptual functional an d non-functional knowledge of qualifications ? Cloud technologies: （Google GCP, APIs）? Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery （Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus）?
