We re looking for a program an d project manager with proven experience in SDLC Ｏr mobile device development to join our fast growing company. In this role you will lead projects to deliver software products that will operate devices of various form factors. You will also get to work with some of the world s leading players to deliver products to the market.
Key Responsibilities：
1、Manage projects through the entire Software Delivery Life Cycle （SDLC） using standard project processes an d tools2、Create project plan an d track to key milestone dates associated with targeted implementation window3、Manage project communications & status reporting4、Work hands-on with internal an d customer engineering teams to develop, mitigate an d debug issues5、Attend internal, external an d customer meetings which may involve online conference Ｏr require international travel
Requirements：
1、Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development with mobile carriers Ｏr OEMs2、Knowledge of project management methods including agile an d scrum3、Ability to resolve conflict an d facilitate decision-making4、Flexible, process-oriented, organized, with excellent analytical & troubleshooting skills5、Experiences on web technologies preferred
主要职责：
1、使用标准的项目流程和工具，管理整个软件交付生命周期（SDLC）中的项目2、创建项目计划，并跟踪目标执行窗口的相关的重要时间节点3、负责项目沟通和项目进度报告4、与企业内部及客户工程团队一起开发，缓解和调试遇到的问题5、参加需要国际旅行的内部、外部、客户会议及在线会议

1、具有扎实的技术背景，有手机运营商或OEM软件开发经验2、了解敏捷开发的项目管理方法3、具备解决冲突和促进决策的能力4、灵活，以流程为导向，有组织性，具有优秀的分析和故障排除能力 5、有网络技术经验者优先
