招聘人数：若干 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 岗位职责：将概念转换为用户流、线框图、模型和原型，从而获得直观的用户体验。设计交付线框图，用户故事，用户旅程，为广泛的设备和接口优化的模型找到解决用户体验问题的创造性方法（例如可用性、可发现性）采取以用户为中心的设计方法，快速测试和迭代的设计与开发人员沟通设计思想和原型岗位要求：5年以上UX设计经验，需要提供历史设计产品精通Adobe所有产品，包括Photoshop和Illustrator精通标准UX软件，如Sketch、OmniGraffle、Axure、InVision、UXPin、Balsamiq、framer等，具备基本的HTML5、CSS3和javascript技能优先在使用UX设计***实践设计解决方案方面有丰富的经验，对移动优先和响应式设计有深刻的理解对B2B市场以及拍卖和电子商务网站的功能有深入了解英语良好，能与美国同事沟通本科以上学历，设计，艺术相关专业优先根据项目需要去客户现场工作，能适应中长期出差

UX Designer ResponsibilitiesTranslate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups an d prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.Design an d deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, an d mockups optimized for a wide range of devices an d interfaces.Find creative ways to solve UX problems （e.g. usability, findability）Take a user-centered design approach an d rapidly test an d iterate your designs.Communicate design ideas an d prototypes to developers
UX Designer QualificationsFive Ｏr more years of UX design experience, need provide your history design productsSuperior knowledge of all Adobe products, including Photoshop an d IllustratorExpertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, framer, an d the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, an d javascript skills are a plus.Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, an d a deep understanding of mobile-first an d responsive design.Advanced understanding of the B2B marketplace an d the functions of auction an d e-commerce websitesExcellent English, able to communicate with US colleaguesAt least Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Art related requiredWorking onsite at client office may be required an d travelling is mandatory
