招聘人数：1-3人 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 Main Missions 主要工作 Under the responsibility of the General Manager, to whom he reports, his main task is to manage the Project Department, by following up the contracts from the signature until final delivery （launching, timing, specifications, costs an d margins, customer’ satisfaction, etc） for the following customers: · Car manufacturers （JV & local） · Line builders working in automotive industry · Automotive suppliers · General industry companies using resistance welding equipment The job is based in Wuhan, Hubei, China. Reporting an d tasks 报告及关系 - Carry out the transfer of the contract from commercial team to project team （Day One Review）. - Clarify the scope of supply an d the technical specifications （Customers’ specifications an d ARO’ specifications）. - Plan the project, according to customers request an d ARO capacities. - Manage the project team: currently one assistant an d one project engineer. - Communicate with customers, line builders an d the project teams of ARO France. - Organize an d manage the weekly project reviews. - Launch the projects in the ERP system （Kingdee）. - Follow up the cost, the revenues, the margin, of each project. - When the projects are completed, prepare the Retex （return of experience）. - Forward to the service department all the customer’ claims during the project period. - Follow up payments （inform finance department to release invoice, send reminders to customers if necessary）. - Supervise the spare parts dotation included in the scope of projects. - Other daily tasks related to projects. - Regular travels only mainland （once Ｏr twice a month, around 2 days each）. - About one visit in France / year （1 week）. Language 语言 · Fluent in English.
