Run compatibility test an d cleanability test in laboratory, recommend product an d evaluate solutions based on laboratory works 在实验室做兼容性和清洁力测试，根据实验室测试结果推荐相应的产品和方案 3. Have capability to make lab sample, do products evaluation an d performance testing in lab, prepare technical document an d generate technical report accordingly. 有能力配制样品，做产品评估和性能测试，准备技术资料并撰写技术报告 4. Do material testing an d evaluation following up standard SOP, prepare technical document an d upload to database. 按照标准的SOP做材料的测试和评估，撰写实验报告并上传到数据库 5. Maintain application lab an d formula lab maintainance following up R&D center safety policy 根据实验室的安全政策，维护应用实验室和配方实验室的安全和整洁 6. Strong capability on experiment operation, familiarly opearate experiment equipment an d facility after training 具有较强的实验操作能力，经培训后能熟练操作实验仪器和设备
