工程技术高级主管

招聘人数：1-3人 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 根据生产技术会议/公司管理层的需求，经过系统的分析、合理的安排，设计并制造出能够满足功能要求、性能稳定、成本低、安全可靠的机构/机器，并在预计的时间内投入生产。以及对现有的机器、生产工艺做升级改进，将原来2部门合并更有效的提高效率。According to the requirements of production technical meeting/company management, through systematic analysis an d reasonable arrangement, design an d manufacture institutions/machines that can meet the functional requirements, have stable performance, low cost an d safety an d reliability, an d put them into production within the estimated time. As well as the existing machine, production process to upgrade an d improve, the original two departments merged more effective to improve efficiency.
能力要求：1.精通机加工原理、机加工工艺；be excellent at machinery mechanics an d metal processing; 2.熟悉机械分析的工具；be good at machine study ；3.熟悉QC测量统计工具；knowledge about QC measure statistic tools. 专业技能：1. 擅长英语（CET-4或以上）；fluent in English （CET-4 Ｏr above）; 2.有较好的时间管理能力；efficient time management; 3. 有较好的沟通及协调能力以及较强的领导力；excellent communication skills an d strong leadership; 4.任务的执行和完成能力（以目标为向导的决策）；ability to enforce an d complete the task （ target driven decision）; 5.熟练使用办公软件；good at office software ;6.基于制程解决问题的能力（品质，成本和时间）；ability to solve the problem base on process analysis （quality, cost an d time） 工作经验：1.三年或以上相关工作经验 ；At least three years experience in a similar job2.必须要有机加工的背景、项目管理经验；good metal processing background an d project management experience will be requested； 3.有过ISO9001：2015工作经验 ；working experience with ISO9001:2015；4.机械设计与制造，或者精密制造专业，大专或以上学历 ；Major in machine design Ｏr precision mechanism, associate degree Ｏr above
