工作内容：1.Orderfulfillment:includingreplycustomerinquiry,provideorderacknowledgment,Ｕpdatedeliverystatus,andrespondcustomercomplaints;2.Overseeandmonitorthescheduletoensuretimelydeliverytothecustomer;3.Provideinventorycontrolleadershipandanalysis;beresponsibleforVMIinventorymanagement;4.Manageforecast;5.Customerrelationshipmanagement,beresponsibleformanagingthedaytodayactivitiesforcustomerswiththegoalofoperationalefficiencyandincreasedsales;6.WorkingtogetherwithFinancetoclearoverdueARASAP;7.BeactivelytoresponseandcompletetheothertaskrelatedtoCSRandothermanagementteamaswell.
