Key AcＣountabilities Ensure Technical compliance in accordance with appropriate UK an d European laws确保产品符合英国和欧洲标准Thorough liaison with UK QC team an d China Suppliers to establish the correct an d appropriate criteria for the individual products通过与英国总部QC团队和中国供应商的沟通，为产品制定相应的标准Create product specifications创建产品规格Develop products to ensure that they complete the （SAM） Product Approval process 产品开发，以确保产品通过公司流程审批Analyze Return data an d report to Quality Engineering manager分析退回产品数据，并及时向经理汇报Creating an d Owning Corrective ActionsDocument resolutions, corrective actions an d changes to technical specifications in order to maintain accurate records an d data base.测试报告和验货等技术文件的审核解决，提供错误解决方法和行动，并进行相应的技术规范，以确保精确的文档数据库PRR - Analyse returns an d repair data at forensic level to assess failure rate an d potential claims to the businessPPR- 在技术层面分析和修复产品退回和返修数据，以评估失败率和潜在的业务索赔TCF – Maintain the Technical Construction File Ｕpdate with changes in Directives when required, collate technical data an d drawings.TCT- 维护技术文档的更新，并在需要时更改指令，整理技术数据和图纸Provide Technical Support for Sales, Marketing, Buying an d Service teams为公司销售，市场、采购和售后服务提供技术支持Qualifications, skills an d experience required Experienced in Technical an d Quality specifications 具有技术和质量方面的经验Degree Ｏr equivalent qualification in a technical subject大学工科背景及同等质量管理学历Due Diligence, AQLs, Product Standards an d European Directives熟悉AQLS、产品标准和欧洲标准Minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in an engineering environment at operational level3年以上的实操经验Good PC Knowledge （Word, Excel, Maginus）电脑操作熟练 （Word, Excel, Maginus） PERFORMANCE INDICATORSPrecise an d consistent attention to detail工作细心， 思维缜密Logical approach to work flow an d problem solving对工作流程和处理问题的能力有一定的逻辑思维Assertiveness when dealing with outside agencies有一定的外部沟通能力Positive Time & Attendance优秀的时间观念Technical Problem-solving skills有一定的解决技术问题的能力Flexibility in approach to work load能灵活处理工作压力
