Ensure that operators work right the first time according to TQC an d WI/MPI确保员工严格遵照操作指引和质量要求，程序正确，工作规范。3. Improve line productivity, reduce cycle time, scrap an d waste持续提升生产效率， 减少生产周期，避免报废和浪费4. Control production equipment properly to prevent damage an d lost监督、管理各种生产设备的正确使用和规范操作， 杜绝风险。5. Work with team member on quality, process an d yield continuous improvement协同各部门成员不断提升产品质量，工艺改善和产线直通率。6. Coordinate with related people to resolve day to day production problems协调相关人员及时解决生产中的问题，保证产线正常运作。7. Train line leader an d operators to improve efficiency an d line output指导并培训组长 和员工， 提高产出 和 生产效率。8. Keep the discipline an d production cleanliness to ensure the operators work in a safe environment确保产线5S和纪律，以及操作人员的作业安全。
岗位要求：1. College degree above；大专以上学历2. 3 years’ experience3年以上生产管理经验3. Good communication skills an d team work player良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神4. Can work under pressure an d on shifts能在压力下工作， 可轮班。
