EHS Manager

招聘人数：1-3人 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 Responsible for ensuring Corporate environmental compliance an d performance throughout ZAMA China; driving, supporting an d coordinating environmental initiatives an d programs that help achieve Group an d China EHS Strategy an d objectives; establishing an d maintaining the highest environmental standards for the Corporate an d operating sites; enhancing overall environmental awareness an d competence throughout the organization：
-Ensure compliance at Corporate an d operation levels with national environmental policy, legislations, regulations an d standards, as well as Group an d China environmental policy an d requirements.
-Escalate outstanding issues to immediate manager for management attention an d decision;
-Drive improvement of environmental performance in manufacturing in terms of general/hazardous wastes, air/CO2 emissions, waste water effluent, resources utilization, an d other aspects that will support in achieving Group an d China EHS objectives;
-Ensure technical deliverables to local operation, an d provide feasible technical support for local implementation of environmental initiatives an d projects in waste reduction, effluent improvement, emission mitigation an d resource conservation;
-Prioritize projects an d propose justified budgets;
-Support an d guide project environmental permitting, including EIA, environmental protection design review, EIA approval, Environmental Final Acceptance monitoring, Environmental Final Acceptance, an d Pollutant Discharge Permit;
-Plan an d execute EHS related trainings, competence development, awareness enhancement within organization;
-Develop toolkits, approaches an d procedures for China operating units to facilitate relevant work in the EHS field;
-Monitor employee healthy an d safety situation an d strenghthen/maintian high level;
-Supervise EHS management an d performance of allocated operation sites.
任职要求：
-Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental/Ecological Management, Sustainable Development, Ｏr relevant field. Master degree is a privilege;
-Certified Environmental Professional （CEP）, Professional Engineer-Environmental （PEE） Ｏr similar career certification strongly preferred;
-Certified ISO 14001 Internal Auditor, Certified Lead Auditor （CCAA/IEMA/IRCA） preferred；
-Knowledge an d experience in other relevant EHS standards （ISO50001/SA8000/OHSAS18001 Ｏr new ISO 45001） is a plus;
-Minimum 8 years of MNC experience in the environmental field, preferred in MFG industry, 3-5 years on management position in Central function；
-Handful an d proven experience of environmental protection an d upgrade projects. Know-hows of environmental protection facility an d process design is a strong plus;
-Experience in environmental performance management an d tracking systems;
-Knowledge in Substance Compliance （e.g. RoHS, REACh, California 65, GADSL, etc.） and/or Life Cycle Analysis is a plus.
