PD Manager （Footwear）

招聘人数：1-3人 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 Job Duties: Manage all seasonal sampling from proto to confirmation. Once style confirmed, handover to Industrialization team BOM/SRF review, provide alternative option with price Ｏr construction needed to meet target price Manage travel/visits to vendors to review materials, pullover’s an d trials to ensure final samples are correct Review CBD to see areas which are driving higher cost an d work with suppliers to find alternative solutions Communicate development issues with AMS PD team vendor for product with construction/material Liaise with commercialization team to coordinate new construction development an d fitting approval. Liaise with material team to coordinate new material developments Material/color checking from proto to SMS stage to ensure products are aligned an d follow SRF/BOM Manage color swatch an d CFM sample approval for material purchasing an d production follow up Provide regular communication on supplier performance to Snr PD Manager to ensure correct allocation an d take action on supplier performance Develop an d coach staff to improve their working knowledge & performance. Perform other duties assigned by management. Requirements: College degree Ｏr above. Good in English writing an d speaking. Minimum 15 years’experience in footwear product development, preferably dealing with foreign teams. An experience in lady shoes an d mid-level branded footwear is an advantage.Able to manage sample requests an d timelines with vendors to ensure on-time sample delivery, as well as develop product to a target margin. Able to travel on a regular basis.
