The applicant will be integrated into a laboratory team devoted to formulation an d technical
assistance, especially for sealant, being his （her） duty to service the additive organization
geographical needs, by:
？ Doing lab tests to support local business development;
？ Coordinate with Europe for new products/application tests
？ Some customer visits to understand the market an d support the technical
service
1. Establish, implement an d maintaining highest standard of Technical
Service（additives）/Application department system an d effectiveness such as to ensure
competence technical service to customers
2. Establish some technical information for process Ｏr formula to promote additives for
local customers
3. Report about the analysis an d evaluation works done
4. Participate in the elaboration of the technical documentation an d the technical data
bases
5. Some customer visits to support the team an d understand deeply the market
information an d technical requirements.
6. Attending customers technical demands via usual communication resources （Phone, email, fax）, lecturing in promotional seminars
7. Maintain documentation an d record according to ISO9000 request.
8. Ensure work safety an d tidiness according to EHS policy
9. Good housekeeping
10. Reports any EHS findings.
11. Fulfill the other task assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
1. Major in chemistry, bachelor degree.
2. More than 3 year’s relevant working experience of sealants industry,
3. familiar with hybrid, epoxy sealant will be preferred
4. Diligent, highly responsible an d self-motivated
5. Good team member with ability to communicate effectively
6. Reasonable good in reading, speaking an d writing English,
7. Familiar with Micro soft （Excel, Word, etc.）
