1.Ensure P0/P1 Project performance
-Ensure project objectives in terms of profitability （product an d development）, quality, cost, timing
-Check an d validate Project Team Members activities an d propose timing scenario to achieve milestones
-Could conduct concept competitions to obtain customer orders （prefer: on case by case...）
-Secure Project resources an d control them
-Solve all P0/P1 project issues with support of simultaneous engineering functions
2.Manage functionally an d operationally P0/P1 Project Team with function contributors
-Define an d manage his/her budget （P0/P1 all resources）
-Define scope of projects
-Prepare project phases reviews at PMC an d PVC level
-Prepare an d submit CAA an d IAR
-Is functionally responsible of all PTMs, set project objectives, ensure appraisal of Project Team Members
-Manages all project changes from customers
-Report progress development progress to PMC
3.Manage communication with Clients on Project development progress
-Keep client（s） Ｕpdated on his/her Project progress.
4.Promote Company Values, Culture an d Standards （Product, Methodology, Tools） within the Project Team he/she is in charge an d control their application
-Respect Company Code of ethics
-Respect health, safety an d environment charts an d requirements
-Ensure Project development in compliance with standards an d activities defined in CIP & Project Management Handbook
5. Fulfill other tasks N 1 assigned from time to time

Qualification:

1.Engineering degree an d knowledge of Product Group （product/process standards）
2.Personal skills to manage functional organization
3.CIP development methodology Ｏr similar
4.Financial skills about Product cost structure, pay back, …
5.Knowledge development knowledge （5/7 years）
6.Get successful development experience as P0/P1 Project development （3/5 years）
7.Highly appreciated experience in development functions, two at least
