We are a company incorporated in Singapore with the main objective to promote the design an d application of new generation building systems based on the use of ecological an d sustainable-friendly approachable steel structures. We have branches in the Asia Pacific region namely China, Malaysia, Thailand an d Australia to promote our company philosophies, building systems an d new generation construction materials. We have been involved in not less than 250 major an d mid-size projects an d the fabrication an d construction of steel structure for the construction industries for the past ten years. In China, we have applied our building systems to build chemical plants, pharmaceutical plants, exhibition halls, train stations, machinery stores an d mega-malls in its major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Suzhou an d Haikou etc. Currently, in line with our company’s objective to build an ecological-friendly low an d middle cost housing, we are gearing our efforts towards constructing single an d multi-stories steel structure for low an d middle cost residential housing. Through extensive research an d development, we have modified the design an d improved on the various processes of fabrication of these steel structures. We are proud to be able to produce a range of construction materials that is easier to install without the constraints of weather Ｏr site conditions equipment. We have utilized this new generation ecological-friendly light weight steel materials as the structure of residential housing. This type of housing model will be extremely cost effective, quick an d easy to install an d suitable for providing high volume low cost housing projects. We are working towards the objective to introduce this type of low cost steel structure housing model to the rest of the world to enable the global community to enjoy the many benefits of our building system.
