NPM Purchasing Engineer

Responsibilities：1 Impact on Business （i.e. business contribution, nature an d scope of responsibility, risk an d financial management, strategic/tactical/operative responsibility）.2 Proactive/self-dependent sourcing for bothcompanyproduction plants.3 Execution of procurement market analysis for related industries Ｏr technologies.4 Organize bidding for Construction, Logistic Services an d Equipment （E-auction / envelop bidding etc.）5 Identification andbuild upof new suppliers as well as optimisation of existing supplier base in terms of cost reduction an d performance improvement.6 RFQ an d cost comparison/analysis with mindset of economic solutions.7 Development an d execution of supplier strategies together with global purchasing category, incl. risk management.8 Support in bidding verification such as technical discussions & proposal explanation etc.9 Create suggestions for improvement for applied procedures an d implemented processes as a result of daily work.10 Systematic problem solving an d highly innovation approach in terms of cost optimization, quality, delivery issues, spare parts management, after market combination, an d onsite service level.Requirements:1 Technical Bachelordegreeoraboveinmechanical / electric / automation engineering preferably.2 3years ’ of relevant business experience necessary.3 GoodcommandofEnglish, skilled MS office an d ERP system （SAP）.4 Highly project management level in terms of capital goods /services /tooling project.5 Supplier base management & development in term of team work with internal cross functions.6 Actively motivation on project navigation.
