Main Responsibility:
To take overall responsibility for the entire store operation an d well performance to secure a maximize profitability.
People
- Find the right talent for the business – with positive performance outcomes.
- Through the management team I make sure all of our new team members receive a full an d effective induction on their first day.
- Coach an d develop team members by delegation, feedback an d motivation.
Customer
- Ensure premium customer service consistently alive in store.
- Monitor the store team an d build up store environment to make sure Visual Merchandising directions/ promotions are followed at all times, an d the store is fully ‘shoppable’.
- Train/ coach store teams to deal with customer queries/ complaints.
- Be aware of competitor an d industry trends in anywhere.
Operations
- Ensure stockroom processing an d replenishment procedures are in place.
- Monitor productivity levels an d to have recalls an d transfers are completed effectively an d to the deadlines set.
- Ensure all Health an d Safety checks are in place an d any issues are highlighted to the relevant Head Office department if support is needed.
Finance
- Understand an d achieve all Store Sales Targets an d KPIs
- Help minimize loss of product in our store by promoting security awareness at all times

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as SM role within fashion retail
