Main responsibility:
To take responsibility for the day to day supervising of the team an d shop floor, an d secure an outstanding performance.
People
- Support an d co-ordinate new team members’ induction on their first day
- Coach our team member’s on the shop floor/ in the stock room to support their development.
Customer
- Work with the store team to make sure our Visual Merchandising directives/ promotions are followed at all times, an d the store is fully shoppable .
- Support our manager in ensuring consistent premium customer service.
- Deal with customer queries an d complaints an d talk through the solutions found with the team member’s involved.
Operation
- Support the manager, when required, to ensure stockroom processing an d replenishment procedures are in place.
- Help the manager monitor productivity levels an d ensure recalls an d transfers are completed effectively an d to the deadlines set.
- As a team we ensure all Health an d Safety checks are in place an d any issues are highlighted to the relevant Head Office department if support is needed.
Finance
- Understand an d achieve all Store Sales Targets an d KPIs
- Help minimize loss of product in our store by promoting security awareness at all times
