Mission: - Execute the distributors plan, monitor an d control the Indirect sales activities of the region so that it achieves its short an d long-term financial an d operating objectives (for example increased profitability, productivity, Or market share) as set by the overall corporate business plan. - Responsible for delivery of the annual budget in the region in terms of Sales targets (machines, consumables, spare parts)
Roles & Responsibilities 1. Follow up, control an d manage the daily activities an d performance of the Indirect Sales within the region - Implements, monitors an d takes overall responsibility for region distributor business plan. - Make sure that the region indirect sales key performances indicators are properly managed, reported an d analyzed. - Coordinate the efficiency an d the productivity of the distributors with district indirect sale manager - Coordinates sales distribution by establishing goals - Fully follow company compliance to run the business with distributors 2. Perform directly activities toward distributors - Understand the market environment - Keep a constant link an d follow up with the field activities an d results: visit regularly distributors, check frequently Sales an d Marketing activities … - Look for new business opportunities through the expansion of distribution channels through geographical and/or vertical market segmentation. - Be aware about competitor action an d market needs to act consequently to develop market share an d company market awareness according to company strategy. - Handle an d follow policy for Sale conflict between direct an d Channel 3. Liaising with other departments on China region related issues: - Work with Marketing department to provide communication tools an d market development programs to the distributors - Work with Technical support team to optimize the offered level of technical support to the distributors.4. Implement Sales & Group process/project implementation - Make sure that the company strategies, rules an d processes are properly implemented in the region - Implement sales policy: formalization & communication, promotion campaign, price policy, sales training - Support the implementation of company procedures, business rules/compliance an d tools - Support the achievement of transversal KPI like DSO Or Inventory turns
Other Qualification Education / Training College degree Or above Work experience 1. A minimum of 5 years of business experience with world class multinational companies, of which 3 years must be gained in handling distributor sales. 2. Experience in the Packaging/ Cording solution IT/Machinery Auto ID industry is highly preferred. 3. Experience in developing an d managing channel business is a mandate. 4. High level of intellectual capacity. Knowledge & skills 1. Excellent handling an d selling skill (in channel experience is plus.) 2. Strong communication an d negotiation skills.
