Assist to achieve the sales targets § Develop an d measure effectiveness of conversion rate from service to product sales, achieve the sales target as the final goal. 3.Deliver training program an d materials § Spend balance of time distributed across markets with the Training materials in store to provide training an d feedback 4.Coordinate interior an d exterior team training needs § Establish an d maintain good working relationship with all divisions an d employees. § Attend all monthly meetings with acＣount to maximize all opportunities in training an d development § Other tasks assigned by Brand Manager.
