Job Description:? Responsibility for defining, planning, tracking an d managing the new projects.? Be responsible for leading the team to identify key issues an d solutions finally, on which as the leader to drive risk assessment, mitigation implementation an d minimize the impact by unexpected issues.? Leading the team to hit 3ON goals （on time, on cost, on spec） to achieve better team performance, vice versa.? Contribute to VE/CE goals when doing specific project? Contribute to project team standardization on tools, process, an d other department maturity growth activity.? Report any process（HDP, DPAC, VPD an d other process） optimization opportunity during project management, an d support to participate the same request from PM department
Skills/Qualifications:? Bachelor degree of Mechanical, Electronics, etc engineering background education.? Must be familiar with new product development process? Minimum 3 years new product development management experience, has success example? Potential management personality, clear mind set, good thinking logic on things in front of you? Fluent written an d oral English ability.? An ability to lead/drive, motivate people an d encourage team work from gentle Ｏr stiff way.? Be familiar with product development process, an d have previous success examples.? Expert office software such as Micro project, power point, an d Excel
