Purpose an d main process of job :LianDa is a manufacturing site of Somfy Group in China. Over the last 2 years, our turn-over increased by more than 50%. We are expecting a continuous growth for the 3 next years . Joining the Somfy Group will give you a unique experience to lead the process transformation to sustain this growth. Developing the lean manufacturing with production team an d tooling team an d installing good an d high performing manufacturing processes for the future are your main challenges. You will report directly to Engineer group leader. As a Process Engineer , you will be responsible to design process for new projects , improve current process to upgrade productivity an d implement the best practices given by the Somfy Group in Lean Manufacturing management （Somfy Production System ） . You have 4 mains objectives:Develop new processes with the best lean manufacturing principlesSupport the process transformation to upgrade our Quality an d productivity performancePropose new processes Ｏr new technologies introduction to enable LianDa to be one of the best Chinese manufacturer. Main Activities1. New process development:You are part of the new product development team. You take part of Process FMEA, you are responsible to design the new processes, to realize them with suppliers an d to start the production. You will work with Somfy Production System that you will learn in France Ｏr with the French team in China.You may also have to transfer some process from France to Nanxun to prepare the launching of new product ranges in China.Main KPIs: SPS audits performance, QCD performance of the new process2. Existing process transformationYou are supporting the production department to realize the process transformation to increase the productivity an d to reduce the Quality defects. You will perform Hoshin analysis with your team an d make process evolution towards one piece flow organization. You will support the Quality improvement, using the 8 D methodology, developing Poka yoke an d semi-automatic solutions to guaranty no human error. You will regulary Ｕpdate the cycle time for operation in production, maintaining them accurate . You will also guaranty the installed capacity of the production line to match with the customer demand.You will organize your team to support the continuous improvement in production.Main KPIs: number of Poka yoke, Labor reduction, process modifications, accuracy of operation cycle time, line balancing, number of waste eliminations operations, number of 8D analysis performed 3. New processes an d new technologies You are proposing some new technologies to be introduced in LianDa to support our growth an d our strategic development. You will realize make Ｏr buy analysis. You will constantly look for new existing technologies to increase our quality performance （ noise detection, electrical performance, quality detections, …）. You may have to analyse some suppliers processes to help them to solve some Quality issues Ｏr to reduce their costs.KPI: Labor cost evolution, Direct cost evolution, Customer Quality evolution
Required qualifications and/or experience :1. Be good at English reading an d writing. Well English oral will be preferred.2. Good technical knowledge in process design （mechanical background, electrical knowledge, software knowledge）3. Experience in Autocad （CAD programme）4. Experienced in lean manufacturing5. University degree in Engineering6. Min 4 years experience as a industrial leader Ｏr engineer Ｏr similar function7. Good communication skills
