Availability of component an d materialsSupplier Forecast:You receive production forecasts from planner. You are in charge of transforming it into supplier forecasts an d sending Ｕpdated monthly forecast to supplier for next 3month（PCBA an d battery suppliers 12month forecast）Supplier order:Transfer PR to PO an d release PO to supplier on timeValidate delivery schedule with supplier an d follow up the goods to arrive at Lianda on timeAnalyse Monthly Supplier Service Rate with special focus on key suppliersDefine the continuous improvement action plan for critical suppliersEscalade to commodity sourcing the supplier performance to Ｕpdate the supplier panel strategyApply supplier payment to finance an d follow up the payment done on timeImplement the best practices defined in SPSCustomer serviceDeal with quality issue an d work with sourcing team to provide solutions if customer service is at risk. Organize supplier rework/sorting/ change an d refunding with supplier if requested by qualityInventory managementOrganize weekly an d monthly inventory component evolution review with planners to define & follow actions planAdjust regulary the ERP parameters to reduce the inventory level （ L/T, MOQ, re-ordering parameters…）manage closely monitoring of key components stock level Manage monthly slow movers an d obsoletes action plan an d analyse the situation with 8D methodologyImplement the best practices defined in SPSNew projects support:support projects for new components supply, FPD preparation
