Customer Service Project Specific (Marine)
As a Customer Service Project Specific (Marine) at Rolls Royce Power System, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth / proper coordination of new project’s commodity inspection an d commissioning to the customers/yards under internal works orders an d established working arrangement, leading the team number to rising customer satisfaction an d developing an d managing key acCounts.

Key AcCountabilities:? Formulation of the internal project order’s process with project core team与核心团队共同创建内部项目流程? Ensuring the know-how transfer from the pre-project phase to the project team确保从项目前期阶段到项目团队技术知识的转移? Responsible for fulfilling the defined project aims in terms of schedule, quality an d budget负责在进度、质量和预算方面完成既定的项目目标? Project controlling (date, costs, service (processing/implementation of work packages), time sheets, etc.) 项目控制(日期、成本、服务(工作包的处理/执行)、时间表等等)? Coordinate the project team, all experts of Sales, Application as well as purchasing, quality an d logistics, etc.协调项目团队、销售、应用、采购、质量、物流等各方面的专家。? Internal communication to all responsible persons of the projects (leader of different working packages) as well as stakeholders who as supporting the projects与项目的所有负责人(不同工作包的负责人)以及支持项目的利益相关者进行内部沟通? Documentation of the project progress, Update of the project management documentation 项目进程的文档更新,项目管理文件的可追溯性更新(项目章程、项目计划等) ? Recognizing the need for staff development (information to the line manager) 识别员工发展的需求(提供信息给直属领导)? Regular information of the project team定期更新项目团队的信息? If necessary, inducing the proposal preparation for additional services as per customer s request, as well as inducing the statement after fulfillment/execution of the order如果有必要,根据客户的要求主导附加服务的提案准备及主导订单完成/执行后的结算? As applicable report to customer (internal Or external) the status of the project an d information an d tracking of changes an d modifications, deviations, etc. 如适用,向客户(内部或外部)报告项目状态以及变更、修改、偏差等信息和跟踪。? Act as interface between customer an d MTU internal organization作为客户和MTU内部组织之间的接口
Key Experiences an d any Qualifications:? Degree / Diploma holder in Engineering Or equivalent qualifications.? At least 4 years relevant working experience on Project Management.? Good command of both spoken & written Mandarin an d English, good computer skills.? Good knowledge of engines in terms of installation, operation, maintenance an d repair.? Good communication an d leadership skills.
